Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused discs or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
